When booking, you are agreeing to these policies. Please read carefully.

 

A £15 non-refundable booking fee must be paid to secure your appointment.

Please attend all appointments makeup free with clean skin. Avoid heavy creams around your eyes before lash appointments.

If you are a new lash or brow client, please book a patch test/consultation at least 48 hours before your appointment.

I do not infill other lash artists’ work. If you have a lash set from a previous artist you will need a removal and new set. Infills must be carried out every 2-3 weeks. Lashes older than 3 weeks will be classed as a full set. Please read aftercare guidance. It is your responsibility to look after your lashes between appointments.

Please do not be late for your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

If you can no longer attend your appointment you must let me know within 48 hours or you will be charged 50%. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Attend your appointment alone, unless otherwise arranged. No children allowed.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will still be charged and will not be able to book with me in future.

When you arrive for your appointment, please message me when you are outside and I will come and meet you at the door. If you come straight to the door I may be with another client. Parking is free and you may park anywhere by the garages or out on the road.

I do not offer refunds on any services. If you experience any issues, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to help.
